Event hire that gives back

Need a marquee for a wedding? Tables and chairs for a birthday? A trailer for the weekend? Or equipment for your next community event?

When you hire from the Rotary Club of Kinglake Ranges, you're doing more than hiring quality equipment—you’re helping invest back into the community.

Every hire helps fund local youth programs, community projects, scholarships, mental health initiatives and practical projects that make the Kinglake Ranges an even better place to live.

It's a simple way to support your community while getting everything you need for your next event.

Our equipment in action.

Our hire equipment has been part of countless weddings, birthday celebrations, school events, festivals, sporting events, community fundraisers and local gatherings across the region.

Whether you're planning something small or organising a large community event, we're proud to help bring it all together.

Best of all, every booking helps our club continue creating positive change throughout the Kinglake Ranges.

It's a win for your event - and a win for your community.

See below examples of our equipment installed... You might even spot some inspiration for your own event!

Do you need something
we don't have?

One of the benefits of hiring from our club is that we're part of a much bigger community network.

The Rotary Club of Kinglake Ranges works closely with other Rotary clubs, community organisations and service clubs across the region. If we don't have exactly what you're looking for, there's a good chance we can point you in the right direction—or even help source it for you.

For example, if you're looking for a cool room trailer, the nearby Kinglake Lions Club hires one that's perfect for events, parties and community functions.

So even if you can't find what you need in our hire catalogue, don't hesitate to get in touch. We'd much rather help you find the right equipment than have you spend hours searching elsewhere.

Every hire creates local impact

Choosing to hire from our club means your money stays local.

Every marquee, trailer, generator or table hired helps us continue delivering projects that benefit people across the Kinglake Ranges.

Funds raised help support initiatives including:

  • Youth scholarships

  • Young Driver Development Program

  • Community projects

  • Public defibrillator installations

  • Mental health initiatives

  • Disaster relief

  • Accessibility projects

  • Local charities and community organisations

Why hire from Rotary?

Every time someone chooses to hire from a Rotary Club, they're helping create opportunities for local young people, strengthen our community and support projects that make a genuine difference.

So while you may be hiring a marquee, trailer or generator…

You're also helping build a stronger community.

And that's something worth celebrating.
