About the Event
Join us for the 2026 Lift the Lid Walk for Mental Health in Kinglake Central.
We’ll come together for a walk around our community to raise awareness, raise funds for mental health research, and most importantly, check in with each other.
Mental health affects all of us in some way. The Lift the Lid Walk is a chance to start conversations, show support and remind the people around us that they don’t have to go through things alone.
Registrations: 8:30am
Walk starts: 9:00am
Free Bacon & Egg roll for all walkers after you finish!
