ABOUT US
Welcome to the Rotary Club Kinglake Ranges. Our club was born out of adversity following the Black Saturday bushfires where one of the organisations that assisted our recovery was - Rotary. It's now our turn to repay the works many other individuals, companies and organisations provided us, and we've been busy. On a local and international level we've been involved in more than 200 projects and we're proudly behind the creation of the Kinglake Market on the fourth Sunday of every month. See all the other projects we have by exploring this page and also our HIRE SHOP that has numerous items available to the community.We'd love to hear from you if you would like to join Rotary or become a 'Friend of Rotary' to assist us with projects as we continue to support the community of Kinglake.
WHAT IN THE WORLD DOES ROTARY DO?
The Rotary Foundation's mission is to enable Rotarians to advance world understanding, goodwill and peace through
the improvement of health, the support of education and the alleviation of poverty. It is a not-for-profit corporation supported solely by voluntary contributions from Rotarians and friends of the Foundation who share it's vision of a better world by funding its humanitarian programs in 215 countries. Programs include Polio Plus, vocational and cultural exchanges through Vocational Training Teams, Peace Fellowships and Global Post Graduate Scholarships.
